This is the easiest recipe in the world. It is FABULOUS for dinner parties- easy to make, clean up and comes out moist and delicious.

This is just the sauce and the chicken but it can be tossed with rice and veggies for a nice stir fry. This calculation has chicken thigh in it because that's what I had on hand but switched the chicken breast would be a lighter choice.
