A zesty way to prepare a traditional cheesecake.
This soup is excellent. Add more red paste or a couple of red chili peppers to zip it up a bit more. galangal and lime leaf can be a bit hard to find but it is worth it if you do. Look in the frozen foods in your asian market for Tom Yum soup base Kit. Submitted by DEBDURDA
This soup is so simple, with the main ingredient being only carrots, and no potatoes or cream to thicken it. I'm sure there are many directions in which the flavors could travel, but I prefer to make it with a predominantly Indian taste. Feel free to adjust the spicy-level as necessary. I like it with a moderate to intense heat, but you can add more or less cayenne and crushed red pepper to suit your own taste. The final product should be smooth and evenly blended, so you will need some kind of food processing device to get it right. Submitted by EHD630
This deliciously healthy, broiled fish dish combines both sweet and sour taste sensations with a wonderful spice kick from the ginger. The 30 minute prep time includes 20 minutes to marinate. This recipe is a snap and so delicious, you will appreciate the fresh ginger when you taste it!Submitted by JO_JO_BA
This meal comes together SUPER fast! A very hearty dish that goes great with a salad. It's also versatile--add additional vegetables or even a can of drained and rinsed cannellini beans for more protein.Submitted by FOODIEWIFE
