Cookbook creator says: My rule of thumb for really ripe, sweet fruit like berriees or peaches, is 1 Tbsp sugar per cup of fruit. Let it sit at least 10 minutes, then stir to combine, and taste. If fruit needs more sugar, then add 1 tbsp at a time until desired sweetness.
