This is a ONCE A MONTH COOKING Freezer recipes. I mix everything together but the onions, green peppers tortillas, cheddar cheese and freeze in a freezer bag. Then on the day before I want to use it. I take it out to thaw and marinade in refridgerator. You can top with sour cream and salsa but be sure to count them!

This is very easy and very tasty. It can be frozen in individual containers or as sandwiches in English Muffin or half a Pita. Remember to add calories for these items not included in the recipe.
