This is a recipe provided by someone at work, Jason Bauer.
At 12 bars per serving it's a little high in calories but cut in half for a snack or as a meal replacement it's not bad.

Whole oats for fiber, cinnamon controls blood sugar, almonds help promote lower cholesterol levels and reduce the risk of heart disease.

This homemade alternative to store-bought granola bars, is a good source of protein, fiber and healthy fats. Tasty and so simple to make! A quarter cup of raisins (not included here) also make a yummy addition!
