Cookbook creator says: Someone posted these on the SP team forum. I tried these and they got very flat, but I made them in a muffin tin instead of the baking tray like they had said. The original recipe also said to only make 6 which makes them about 85 calories. Overall, good for sandwiches but not alot of flavor.

Cookbook creator says: I made these in the rocket grill and they moved against eachother so the outsides didn't cook as much as I would've liked but it was a good flavor needless. We liked this with sugar snap peas.

Cookbook creator says: Pretty good but you use two rolls as one serving. I made grilled cheese with these in the microwave oven and it was kind of salty tasting but good. Just be careful they don't burn.

My version of the South Beach Turkey Chili (Phase 1). I used a McCormick Chili Seasoning Packet instead of the recommended spices in the recipe and used white beans instead of black. This is a great use of leftover turkey breast from Thanksgiving or another roasted turkey!

Cookbook creator says: Very good- great for breakfast or a small snack. I cut it into 16 slices instead of 8 and eating 2 slices for breakfast seems better then one. I liked it but Ryan didn't as much.

Original recipe called for pecans but I had walnuts and thought they were pretty good. I had to adjust my ingredients to make a batter that could be made into balls.
