The P.F. Changs version contains mushrooms and sits on a bed of fried mung bean noodles, but if you donít have all of those ingredients at home you can try this one.

This is an awesome vinaigrette that gives a nice counterpoint to the paprika on the chicken. It could be served with rice, but I served it with the roast vegetables with pineapple recipe on SparkPeople - and that used the rest of the can of pineapple. :-)
