Within the last year i have changed my diet to "mostly vegan and vegetarian" meals. It has made a HUGE differenece in my appearance and health. My husband and i both feel great :) When i cook at home i almost always cook vegan. I decided to put together a book of some of our favorites!

My 12 year old loves making this recipe. I recommend using vegan friendly options when available and adjust the bouillon granules to your liking, or better yet, use vegetable stock that you've made!

Cookbook creator says: Whenever I am cooking anything really but alot of soups i ALWAYS buy anything i can that is reduced sodium or no salt added. This can cut down on the sodium count tremendously!

Yummy vegetable soup. This makes a large quantity of soup for several meals and/or freezing.. I like to make this and eat it throughout the week for lunches and snacks. Also, there is always plenty to share with a friend's/neighbor's family.
