I wanted to make a bread but didn't have anything but an 8X8 pan sooo I thought I would make them like bars...tricky part is that they cut/tasted more like super moist cake. It is VERY dense. Store in the fridge since it contains yogurt.

If you eat it for breakfast, it's GREAT with maple syrup & for dessert its great with vanilla ice cream or cool whip!

This started with a recipe I saw somewhere and made over to suit me. It is a great afternoon or evening snack or dessert. I suppose it could also be used for breakfast. Very filling. I make it up and split between my husband and myself.
