chop all vegetables ,with a heated oil in a large pot put the onions ,chopped cabbage and cauliflower,for 5 minutes then add all other ingredients,mixing them continuously,then add tomato sauce and water to cover all the vegges ,leave it at very low heat for about 60-90 minutes .Divide it in small containers and freeze the rest.

I like to divide this into snack size bags for a quick, ready-to-go snack on the run. Keeps me from hitting the fast food! This has less fat & sodium than a bag of chips from the vending machine at work. :)
