Fast and easy to make. Can be served over rice or noodles (not included in calorie count). If served over shirataki noodles, there is almost no additional calories. Adjust to personal taste. Works well with additional stir fry type veggies, but those are also not included in calorie count. Can replace soy sauce with low sodium variety if needed.
