Ok, this was not easy to add ingredients to from Kraft to here, since I obviously do not know how many teddy grams to add to get the proper equivalents. I got it close though.

Good morning, sunshine. Imagine a warm little bit of sweet carby goodness to wake you up? You've missed it, admit it. With only 91 calories each you'll be fine. Try it, you'll like it.

The variations are limitless! I always add the zest of whatever citrus fruit is handy, you can use frozen or fresh cranberries, any berries, really. Just keep that 1 1/2 cup proportion!

I freeze them so I can take one out every night and it's ready to grill for breakfast without an easy chance for a muffin binge.

This is my reduced calorie, reduced fat, version of Cheesecake Factory's Luau Salad. (The restaurant version has 800 calories, 31g of fat, 90g of carbs.) My wrappers are baked instead of fried, and I'm still searching for low carb sweet & sour sauce but until I find it, the regular kind will have to do for now.

These are yummy, authentic Mexican style steak tacos that are surprisingly diet friendly and extremely easy to make. I calculated the nutrition for 3 servings of 3 tacos each, but if you want, you could make four tacos per serving (with less meat per taco) for 45 extra calories. Just enter one additional corn tortilla into your nutrition tracker.

The prep time is practically nothing, although the cooking time to get the beef fall-apart tender is about 2 hours. Alternatively, you could go the slow cooker method (setting everything up in the morning on low) and have for dinner that evening. Enjoy!

I am a chocoholic and need chocolate each day. After trying numerous brownie recipes, I finally created my own with ingredients I didn't feel guilty eating. I came up with 39 calories per serving! I wasn't able to find ground espresso in the database but I do add 1/2 tsp to bring out the choc flavor.
