Cookbook creator says: I cut the milk to 1/2 cup and the cheese to 1/4 cup; changed cumin to 1/2 tablespoon and added a 1/2 tablespoon of red chili flakes .
Be sure to slice the potatoes as thin as possible so they cook; although I did add 15 minutes to the cook time so the dish is thicker rather an soupy.
