Cookbook creator says: This always surprises! Get a melon, forget about it, and then (panicking) chunk it's fragrancy-fruit into a ziplock, freeze it, and blend later on with a simple syrup (or just by itself!!)

Serve, and garnish with a blackberry to really knock 'em dead.
