a Norwegian dish, "Benlose Fugler", which translates "Boneless Birds". Rolled round steak, stuffed with bacon and onion, simmered until tender. A signature dish of my husband's grandfather, Stanley "Doc" Jensen, of the American Culinary Hall of Fame.
