This is a really delicious and surpisingly vegan way to enjoy Brussels sprouts. The White Truffle Oil Balsamic Glace carmelizes the sprouts just beautifully. This makes a terrific side or can be enjoyed on its own ~ and absolutely scrumptous served cold the next day with that salty-sweet satisfaction we all love.
