ok- the mexican beef and rice was too high in calories for some- so I made it over- for about 1/2 the calories- removed the oil, added add'l 1/4 cup of ff cheese, and a larger jar of salsa kept this from getting too dry. Submitted by JANIEGIRL123

So very moist and NO ADDED eggs or oil!
Obviously mayo is made from eggs and oil. Also, I use Hellman's (Best Foods) Light Mayo but it is still pretty healthy with regular. Moistest cake ever though. The family loves it. For real decadence frost with Sander's Frosting. YUM!Submitted by DAKOTATURTLE
