Low fat and yummy. Makes a wonderful breakfast if you have an orange or blueberries and a cup of plain or low fat yogurt. (add blueberries to plain yogurt or a teaspoon of truvia to help sweeten it.) 2 slices toast made with delightful multi grain sara lee bread. (2 slices only 90 calories)
