Cookbook creator says: I like to combine the cinnamon roll icing and filling in a container and make an enitire box of hungry jack pancakes and keep in fridge for breakfast or snacks. we can top the pancakes with a tbs. of the mix (heat in microwave and spread) or pb or nutella. pancakes can be heated in toaster.

My daughter brought this recipe home from school. it says it make 8 1 cup servings for 100 calories. simple soups from the U of I Extension office. Had to adjust cabbage and carrots to get the calories up to 100. Dbl original amount of cabbage and carrots and onion.

we like this granola plain or on frozen yogurt, pudding, yogurt hmmm...almost everything. we also pour vanilla almond milk on it for a cold cereal. i also like to put a tablespoon on top of my muffins. and the best part your house will smell great!!

i like to make this into a soup as well and just chop all the ingredients leave out the eggs add a 3-15oz cans of chicken broth 2 more can stewed maters or diced tomatoes and 12 oz of favorite spaghetti sauce, then cook till desired tenderness. can cut calories in this by omittin eggs and changing beef to turkey
