Cookbook creator says: I like to combine the cinnamon roll icing and filling in a container and make an enitire box of hungry jack pancakes and keep in fridge for breakfast or snacks. we can top the pancakes with a tbs. of the mix (heat in microwave and spread) or pb or nutella. pancakes can be heated in toaster.

Two out of 3 kids ate them and the husband loved them. they were a real treat with pb on top of them. i thought they tasted like bananas, one of my clients thought they tasted like applesauce. next time i am adding nuts! or making into muffins. extra extra exta moist

Cookbook creator says: going to work on a vegan style for these things but these were the absolute best cookies ever and super chocolately. i spread these out on a cookies sheet instead of making like traditional drop cookies. cut into bars. then i took two and put pb in the middle.mmmmmmmmmm.....

Cookbook creator says: mmmmmmmmmm...good on hot cereal, plain, ice cream, yogurt and the list of possiblities go on. even great as a cold cereal. i tried to calculate with highest calorie nuts and dried fruit so when changing it up the calories would be around the same.

My daughter brought this recipe home from school. it says it make 8 1 cup servings for 100 calories. simple soups from the U of I Extension office. Had to adjust cabbage and carrots to get the calories up to 100. Dbl original amount of cabbage and carrots and onion.
