Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Stew
Very Good 4.7/5
(1153 ratings)

I love this stew! It is so easy and leaves me feeling satisfied. I use 3/4 cup as a serving. If it is too spicy for you, substitute a can of diced tomatoes for one of the diced tomatoes w/chilies.

There is no "COOKING TIME" --- it is actually "sitting in the fridge time"

A pretty basic low-calorie version of cole-slaw that will not add to your pudge...
I have made this hundreds of times over the years and it is especially a hit at BBQs and picnics.

There are tonnes of recipes on the web for low-calorie coleslaw .. this one is creamier, tasier and yummier than anyone I have found.

Herb Lentils and Rice
Very Good 4.1/5
(81 ratings)

Cookbook creator says: Delicious! I like to add a can of mushrooms. Can also throw everything in the rice cooker (just make sure to get it right away after it clicks off so it doesn't start to burn)

Banana Oatmeal Cookies
Very Good 4.3/5
(111 ratings)

Cookbook creator says: I put these all on one pan. Used the small pampered chef scooper to make the balls. I smushed them down with my thumb a little before baking. Baked 10 min. on the upper rack, then about 3 min. on the lower rack.
