I tweaked this from a diabetic cook book I have and it's great, other than it being a total sodium bomb! Use low or no sodium broth and tomatoes with chilis if you can to lower the number. I didn't have either on hand and so the nutrients values are based on what I actually used rather than what I would have preferred to have used. There is a lot of sauce so it's great served over a whole grain pasta or brown rice with a big green salad on the side!Submitted by CHRISTYFG
