My version of chicken salad...
I like this with a whole wheat pita and alfalfa sprouts.
I also will cut the mayo in half with nonfat plain yogurt. Try out different things! Let me know if you find someting you really like! I used the ricotta.... just because I had it!
Serving size is half a cup.

I tried to make the same chicken salad as Arby's makes for their wonderful Market Fresh Sandwhiches. Except I used Light Mayo and Fat Free Yogurt instead of Sour Cream
