Oven-Baked Coconut Shrimp
Very Good 4.8/5

There is almost no fat in this recipe. Recipe can be doubled to 48-52 shrimp which is enough to feed a crowd! Cooking time is estimated depending on the size of the shrimp. Serve with pineapple or a fruit salsa.

This simple summer recipe is good hot or cold. The creamy avocado pairs so well with fresh summer tomatoes.

Baked Salmon on a bed of tomato & spring onion, with lemon and chilli
Very Good 4.9/5

This is a very tasty and easy to make dinner. The salmon is cooked in its own tin foil parcels to absorb all the flavours and remain succulent. Perfect served with a green salad and balsamic dressing and some roasted baby new potatoes.

World's Best (and easiest) Salmon
Very Good 4.5/5

I usually go for the more complicated recipes, assuming that the more ingredients and preparation steps, the better. This recipe has changed the way I look at simplicity when it comes to cooking. Fancy spices be darned--this is the only way I'll cook salmon any more!

Not-Fried Shrimp with Japanese Cocktail Sauce
Very Good 4.4/5

Biting into a perfectly crispy fried shrimp is so satisfying. The 10 grams of fat per serving? Not so satisfying. This dish has all the crunch, with much less fat.
