This is a great lunch or brunch meal. It is very filling and the crab gives it a hint of sweet to make it oh so savory! You can put other meats like chiken or tuna, but the crab is delicious.

This is a converted recipe from Cooks.com
I used Dempsters Smart Whole Grain Tortillas which reduced the calories.

I also reduced the cheese by 1/3 of a cup from the original recipe.
