. Grate 4 potatoes and one onion in food processor.If you like peppers of any kind grate with potatoes and onions.Remove to mixing bowl.Add 1 egg and 2tbsp. flour.Mix and drop spoonfuls into skillet of aprox. 1/4 c. olive oil and 2 tbsp. butter.Brown on one side,turn and brown.Drain on paper towels.Good hot.
