I put 7 servings because I usually get 7 palm-sized pieces from 1.5-2 lbs or pork tenderloin. Be sure to trim off visible fat from your cuts!

McCormick recipe. Pretty good. I think next time, I'll use one apple and substitute water for the juice. A little too sweet for my taste.
