Jana's Homemade Granola Energy Bars
(no ratings)

A great way to start a workout. I always eat one of these 15 minutes before I go for a long walk or jog....they are delicious and packed full of nutrients and almost 12 gr of protein per bar. I seal 1/2 of these in a freezer ziplock bag and freeze them until needed and the other batch I also seal in a airtight container and keep in the fridge.
They will keep in the fridge for 3 weeks and for 2 months in the freezer.

This is a super yummy granola where you control the quality of the ingredients. This is great with yogurt for breakfast or as a snack before or after a workout. This is great for folks with a very active lifestyle who need a boost of energy, as it is high in carbs and fat. Give it a try!
