We make this every year and always get asked for the recipe. You can make it to your taste by adjusting the pepper and salt. We like making it ourself because we do the triming on the meat and can make it very low fat!

I used 2% milk and regular cheese when I made it just because that is what I had. I'm sure it would be fine with skim milk and low fat cheese and an egg white to make lower fat version. Also cut down on the sodium by using no salt added tomatoes, fresh corn, and substitute a Mrs Dash Southwest Chipoltle seasoning for the seasoning salt.
