This is a delicious, light, refreshing dessert. It's low cal and sugar and can be made with the lite pie filling in any flavor. Note that this needs to be made the night before to soften the graham crackers.

Cookbook creator says: Try with coconut crean pudding! different fruit. I usually use sugar free, fat free white chocolate pudding or the cheesecake flavor. Both are excellent! And instead of oranges, I've used mangos and/or pineapple tidbits. Would love to try it with oranges instead though!

Pizza is one of my favorite foods, and the sweet sauce at Papa John's is my all-time favorite. My viewpoint is, if you're going to make it at home, don't make it "just as good," make it better! So I'm remaking a medium Papa John's pie with pineapple, onion and bacon(BACON!!!). Fresh homemade sauce and premium ingredients make this recipe more than worth the calories, and still trimmer than the fast food original!
