This is best made the night before and chilled in the refrigerator. I was eating it by the teaspoon full for snacks. Also very good as salad with a teaspoon of Newman's own low Fat Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing, yummy! You'll need to add nutrition info for Bread and/or dressing.

I like this by itself as a side dish, or over brown/white rice. It's a quick and easy side dish and when I served it to my company she was very impressed! Be sure to try it before deciding to season it. It tastes better to me without seasoning.
