Ground turkey and pasta and cheese... So good it feels like cheating!

I make this for my husband and me--but I'm sure to put the other 4 servings into 1 serving sized Tupperware containers first (perfect for lunch the next day!).

Smoked turkey sausage is a great alternative to fattier pork sausage, yet has plenty of savory flavor. Adding a couple of handfuls of fresh basil to the dish gives it great flavor and aroma.
