This chili has a great amount of kick without being too much. The beer adds a nice flavor to the whole mix. I season to taste with dried chili powder, dried garlic and onion, paprika, and cumin.

Easy to prepare with ingredients already in your fridge. The rice cakes are a re great comoliment to seafood, or just fabulous as an appettizer. The cakes can be made to include sweet, savory, or sweet and savory with or without spice. Can be prepared in less than 15 minutes and great to refridgerate.
