These are the HG breakfast cookies, but made vegan replacing the egg substitute with flax. I didnt have Gerger peaches so I mashed 1/2 a small banana.

This is a healthy kid-friendly lunch. The bean dip makes a great spread for this sandwich, or stands alone with veggies and chips. You will have leftovers of the bean dip, as the recipe makes about 12 tbsp.

LOW-CAL full dinner!!! A favorite amongst my 2 y/o as well!! I promise this is the BEST chicken divan and I didnt cut the fat in this recipe, but you can subsitute for low cal parmesan and fat fee mayo- but its still low-cal with all the good stuff!!
