This chili has some heat, but can be altered to not have heat. I created this recipe on the fly one day and it has been a smash hit with everyone who tried it. This chili has a nice blend of beans and tomatoes to balance it out. If made using the Desert Pepper XXX hot Habanero Pepper Sauce it will leave that burn so good feeling. For a not so spicy chili just omit the Desert Pepper. This recipe has room for adding ingredients or omitting ingredients. I usually season my ground beef as well. Delicious Persian salad that I always get when I go to restaurants. Cheaper to make it at home and goes with any meal. You might find sumac at any middle eastern store, but if you can't find it leave it out. It just adds an extra tang to the salad.
