Lasagna can be VERY high in fat with all the piles of cheese!! Try using cottage cheese instead! You can even add parmasean cheese to the mixture to add a little extra flavor with out the fat!
The only thing bad about this meal, is the high sodium content from the tomato sauce :( - about 1/3 of your daily needs. . Submitted by HONEYCHILD2307
