Cookbook creator says: Substitute Spaghetti Squash for pasta. Pierce skin of squash all over and bake for 1 hour at 350. Cut squash in half and remove seeds and webbing then begin removing strings. Boil spaghetti squash in enough water to cover plus 1/2 inch for 7 minutes then stir in "alfredo".
