This is a variation of the lemony garlic chicken. I didn't have chicken breast, so I used skinless thighs. I didn't have bouillon, so I used cream of chicken soup. This is a remake of a family favorite, using the dressing recipe from SP user KMMALONEY. I substituted miracle whip light for the mayo to cut calories and fat.
