My Free Recipes (Allergy , that is )

I have found out recently , that I have food allergies . I need to avoid Yeast , barley , corn , oats , and cherries . I was also told to avoid dairy and eggs . After doing some research , I found there is not much difference between a Gluten free and yeast free diet .

Mix all dry ingredients together.
Mix all wet ingredients together.
Add wet mixture to the dry mixture.
Dough should be moist but not sticky.
Shape into a ball and place on cookie sheet.

This is my favorite pizza crust recipe. You can make it in matter of minutes. You can double to make a larger or thicker crust. I have also made mini crusts & froze them to use in the toaster oven. I update the amount of water, should have been 1/2 not 1/3. Slowly add water till you have a dough. May need less or more.
