These burgers have a true crab flavor that isn't masked by fillers or strong seasoning. Serve on a bun with tartar sauce or with a lemon-juice-dressed salad of greens, sprouts and sliced peaches. This recipe works best with convenient pasteurized crabmeat, usually found in the refrigerated case near the fish counter. If you prefer lump crabmeat, cut it into small, uniform pieces.

I don't think I have ever heard of this combination. I had left overs of the Surprise ingredient, and thought why not?
South Beach Friendly.Great for lunch or supper.
Meal for 2. Canned salmon is high in sodium.

A lovely cauliflower soup. I changed the margarine and flour just now -- cut both in half -- makes a big difference in calories and fat content!

I modified this from the other versions on here to try to keep it simple. I tried different salsa's and they change the taste drastically. I like the taste of the chunky mild so I went with that.
