This tastes as good as the "real thing"! The greek yogurt gives it a great flavor. I'm planning on trying this recipe with various flavors of pudding. Although the calories were calculated with just the cream cheese mixture, I have use the individual, already made graham cracker crust. Top with your favorite fruit or for a real "splurge," mix in some mini chocolate chips. Submitted by GRAMMYPAMY Carbs: 12.6g | Fat: 0g | Fiber: 0g | Protein: 10.3g | Calories: 106.3

This makes a good, creamy salad dressing with a real kick. Without the peppers, this makes a great base for any very low calorie salad dressing. You will not be disapointed if you use real Greek Yogurt; there is no substitute. The amount of Chipotle pepper I add to this gives it a very substantial kick. I like it this way, you may want to experiment with less at first. I use the same base for a creamy caesar dressing for my wife, leaving out the chipotle pepper and adding more garlic and 2 tsp of Worcester sauce. It's great fresh, but even better after it sits in the fridge a day or so letting the flavors meld. Submitted by BILLH147 Carbs: 2.6g | Fat: 0g | Fiber: 1.1g | Protein: 3.1g | Calories: 29.9

Deviled eggs using FF Greek yoghurt as a binder instead of mayo. Great snack -- can be altered by the addition of chopped capers (instead of pickles) or by individually-chosen spices. I prefer a larger celery-to-yolk ratio -- it may be best to add a little at a time until it looks agreeable to you.
