I used rotini pasta because that is what I had but Dreamfields makes an elbow macaroni if you can find it.

I do love a good peach cobbler. And this is one of them.
If you have been really good with your diet you can always top it with Sugar-Free Cool Whip or Bryers No-Sugar Added Butter Pecan Ice Cream. Make sure to stay within your calorie range and carbs.
