Woman's World Extreme Diet soup. Eat two 2 cup servings per day plus two mini meals and lose up to 6 pounds per week....Maybe, maybe not, but regardless, it is a tasty and healthy meal.

Kohlrabi is a member of the turnip family, and tastes like a mild, sweet turnip. For this dish, only the large bulb is used. The leaves can be used as you would turnip greens for a separate recipe.

If you love brussel sprouts (or even if you don't!) you'll love them prepared using this technique! I saw this on "Take Home Chef." The brussel sprouts turn out firm and, by caramilizing them, they have a very unique flavour.
