This is my absolute favorite dish from Ruby Tuesday so I had to find a way to make it over. Its called the smokehouse chicken and it is a favorite by many! This is a great low calorie portable lunch or dinner. On cold days I pop it into the school microwave for 15 seconds- which melts the parmesan and makes a nice warm treat!
