This is a low-carb meal from the Atkins plan. A sure-fire winner with kids. Read nutrition labels before you buy salsa: carb grams per serving vary greatly. This salad is also great made with bright green broccoflower, a hybrid of cauliflower and broccoli. For variety, add two sliced hard-boiled eggs.

These mouth watering turkey burgers with a little feta and basil for flavor can be served as five 3 oz burgers, or you can make ten 1.5 oz sliders!
I recommend whole wheat pita pockets instead of buns. Pop them in the oven for a minute then fill 'em up with lettuce, tomatoes, and well anything thing else you want on your burger! Delicioso!
