I tossed it together using leftovers and vegies before they went bad. I preboiled the beans in water on stove for 1 1/2 hrs rinsed and separated skins out then put in slow cooker with veggies to cook all day.

my Neice made this for me as a comfort food it is very good and calories and fat are not bad. When I make it I will use the olive oil spray instead of canola oil. Recipe is one she got from Rachel Ray comfort foods.
