My family loves cheesecake but we are all watching our intake of fats and/or sugars. This recipe is very satisfying and delicious -- and nearly instant. If you want to further lower the fat, use all low-fat or no-fat sour cream and cream cheese; I've chosen to leave a little fat in because the rich taste is so satisfying. You can also add another box of sugar-free/fat free pudding mix (or half of one) to make chocolate or butterscotch "cheesecake". This is a very flexible recipe as far as flavorings and can be changed to please your tastes. Enjoy!

I love the fall and I love apple and pear butter. I got this recipe from Whole Foods, I just tweaked it a bit, just by adding lemon juice to keep the fruit from browning.
