This is my take on a dish I ate at a Thai restaurant... I love peanut butter so this worked out good... However, maybe more spices like red pepper and even curry powder would make this even better.

Whether out of the crockpot, or out of the freezer, this makes a delicious dinner to serve to your family.
*Don't omit the butter, the original called for 1/2 cup butter with 1 pkg of italian seasoning. The 1 T gives is the hint of buttery flavor that makes this so good!
