I used the 1/2 cup rolled oats and ground them to flour in the blender. Splenda, I used 1/3 C. brown sugar/Splenda blend and 1/3 C. regular Splenda. Unusual recipe because there is no fat in it. Made 56 mini muffins.

Can't believe this Recipe Calculator!!! It will not let me enter Shredded Zucchini OR Crushed Pineapple!
Made my own recipe after a SP recipe would not work out.
Prepare 28 muffin cups by spraying with no-stick spray.
Preheat oven to 350F.

NOTE: The zucchini I used was dry - had no extra moisture at all. If yours is moist, you may want to cut back on other liquids.

So, I wanted a banana today, but the only one left in the house was frozen, this is what I came up with.

This is so creamy and delicious that you will never realize it's not the "real thing."

Nutritional info is based on a 4 ounce container of blueberry Yoplait light yogurt (100 calorie pack).

I plan on trying this with other frozen fruit/yogurt combinations (PEACH!!), if you try one comment and let me know what you think!

I made this in a blender because I don't have a food processor - if you do have a food processor, you may be able to make this with less or even no milk and it would be ready to eat sooner.
