I love this recipe. I added spinach because I'm not much of a salad eater and it's a sneaky little way to get an extra serving of my veggies for the day. Believe it or not... you can't taste the spinach or even tell it's in there. I make a large batch all at once and save some in the fridge. I haven't tried it yet, but I bet you could also freeze them like a fruit pop.

The whole point of making my own granola was to get away from the oil and sugar or fake sugar. This is sweetened with honey , apple and orange juice, and has no added fat from oil.

a multi grain granola with protien from nuts and seeds for breakfasts, snacks, baking. You can add coconut or dried fruit. serve with fresh fruit and yogurt. substitute almonds, pecans etc.
