If you can find ready-made pizza dough, this comes together really fast. I'm fortunate to live near a Trader Joe's where I can buy freshly made pizza dough that doesn't come in a can.
I also make my own Italian seasoning, using equal parts oregano, marjoram, basil, thyme, rosemary and whatever else you like.

This is a grate lunch pizza. You will want more than one it is so good. The aroma from backing it will take you to Little Greek Pizza shop.

I add jalapenos on top of the cheese before baking at 350 for 10 minutes. This is a large, very filling meal but half the calories of those served in a Mexican food restaurant. Not a staple meal but a nice treat every now and then - with half the guilt.Submitted by BHENSON123
